Although the OTC Digest is whitelisted by all major ISP's, it is your own private spam filter settings that can accidently block or delete legitimate emails that you may be paying to receive. As a general rule everyone should always enter the return path email of any email service you wish to recieve in your inbox. This is true regardless if you use a free online email service such as Hotmail or Yahoo and or an email program such as Microsoft Outlook or Eudora on your personal computer or hand held mobile device . Any legitimate email program will provide excellent custom spam filtering, but you must take the time to understand how to use the filtering rules correctly. For this reason, in the event your filters are not set correctly it is a good practice to always scan your trash and junk email folders prior to deleting them in the event a legitimate email is put in your trash or junk mail folder. If this happens simply add the sender to your safe list or address book or contacts to avoid it happening again.
