PRNW Share Price Breaks Out

Procera Networks, Inc. (PRNW) in the last seven trading days has pushed through technical resistance at the $1.85 area on increasing volume. After the last intermediate closing high of $1.95 on 12/22/04 the stock consolidated nicely as volume dried up and profit-takers quieted down. Between late December and mid-February PRNW was 'range bound' in the $1.40 to $1.80 area, again on relatively light volume. Then beginning on 2/23/05 PRNW closed at $1.86 on volume of 215,000 shares, well above its daily average. Since the recent breakout, the price has continued to rise steadily along with increasing volume. The stock is now averaging over 200,000 shares per day.

The next area of resistance is in the $2.65 to $2.85 range, last visited in April 2004. If this next resistance area is penetrated, we could see a run to $3.50 or above. With this recent increase in activity we anticipate seeing more positive news. Only time will tell.
