HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO THE "COMPLIMENTARY NEWSLETTER" AND HOW DOES YOUR SUBSCRIPTION SYSTEM WORK? The OTC Digest™ uses a state of the art double blind opt-in verification system that requires nothing more than your email address but you must verify to make your subscription active. The "Subscription Page" for the Complimentary Newsletter can be easily found on the left hand navigation bar under the heading 'Subscription Form' or the large blue button on the home page - Complimentary Newsletter. Be sure to read and follow the simple instructions. After you submit your email you are immediately sent a verification email requesting you click on your personal verification link to be certain it is you who is requesting our newsletter. Once you click that link your account is activated and you will begin receiving our newsletter. IMPORTANT: Simply entering your email into the web site form will NOT subscribe you! You must activate your account before you begin receiving the newsletter. This is for your protection and avoids any possibility that someone other than you can sign up your email address. If you do not receive our verification email or it goes into your junk email folder you did not add our sending email

NOTE: The OTC Digest PREMIUM FOCUS LIST SERVICE is completely different from the Complimentary Newsletter, and is an Independent Publication that members must pay to receive. It has its own set of rules and guidelines that are described in detail on the web site. HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE 'COMPLIMENTARY NEWSLETTER? First, locate your subscribed email address (At the bottom of any of our emails), then go to the "Unsubscribe Page" (http://www.otcdigest.com/unsub.html) and enter that email into the box next to the unsubscribe button. You must then use your mouse to click the 'Unsubscribe' button. The process takes less than ten seconds and is in real time. No waiting 2-3 days like other site. We have gone to great lengths to make it as effortless and fast as possible. 'Unsubscribe' links are found above, on the sign-up page, and at the bottom of all newsletters we send. We show your email address at the very bottom of every mailing you receive at the bottom next to the unsubscribe link. This is useful in the event you have more than one email or have forgotten the email you used when subscribing to the OTC Digest. Important Note: The unsubscribe feature is in real-time so there is no lag but you must manually click the unsubscribe button using your mouse. Using the 'Enter' key, rather than your mouse to unsubscribe will NOT remove your name! DO I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION AFTER I REMOVE MY EMAIL? The answer is YES! Not only do you receive one last email verifying your removal but the web page will also refresh immediately, assuming that you are in our database, and then you will see a message in 'GREEN' telling you your specific email was located and removed from the database. If however, you enter your email incorrectly or enter an email that is not in the database, you will receive a 'RED' response telling you that the email address was not found. The system does not make errors. In the rare instance the OTC Digest web site is temporarily down or if you are having any problems whatsoever attempting to remove your email, call customer service toll free inside the USA at 1-877-OTC-Digest (1-877-682-3443) (Pacific Standard Time) during normal business hours. Outside the US call - 760-438-4899. HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS IN YOUR SYSTEM? To change your email address in our database is a simple two (2) step processes. You can perform the entire process from the "Subscription Form" page ( http://www.otcdigest.com/Create-an-account.html ) You may subscribe multiple email addresses if you receive email in different locations. Step One: First remove your old address either by clicking on this "Unsubscribe Link" or in one of our emails or go directly to the page located at http://www.otcdigest.com/Unsub.html . Step 2: Go to the "Subscription Page" and 'Subscribe' the new email by clicking on the blue Complimentary Newsletter button and follow the simple instructions. You will be sent a verification email immediately again and you must verify the new email to activate it. Important Reminder: Once you click on the verification link inside our email, a 'Thank You' page should open immediately confirming your account is now active. You will also receive an email confirmation. If you do not verify within 1 week you will be sent only one reminder. If you do not verify within 14 days your email will be deleted from our system automatically. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SUBSCRIBE MORE THAN ONCE WITH THE SAME EMAIL? No! If you attempt to subscribe an email that is already in the database, the system will alert you instantly with a message saying that you are already subscribed. WILL MY PERSONAL SPAM FILTERS EFFECT DELIVERY? YES! This is different for many people depending on the type of email you use. There are spam filters on the service provider level (ISP's) AOL, MSN, Hotmail, Yahoo, EarthLink etc..., and you as an individual can also filter email on your own personal computer as well. The OTC Digest is a certified ReturnPath sender and has agreement in place with all the major ISP's such as Microsoft's Hotmail, MSN.com, AOL, Yahoo.com for guaranteed delivery but it is controlled by machines and system settings often change without notice so its best to be on the safe side and enter our sending email to avoid any interruption in service. I DO NOT REMEMBER SIGNING UP FOR THE OTC DIGEST™ NEWSLETTER? The OTC Digest never at any time purchased email lists or arbitrarily entered emails into our system. In most cases this is due to a family member or friend with access to your email who signed you up thinking you would enjoy our newsletter. Please report any attempts to subscribe without your authority or any suspicious emails that are not consistent with OTC Digest financial content. I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED FROM OTHER NEWSLETTERS & CAN'T GET OUT OF THEIR LIST, WHY IS YOUR SITE DIFFERENT? Unscrupulous groups often create what is referred to as disposable newsletters and send emails until they are shut down or black listed. If you have ever received one of these you will notice that there is no link to a web site anywhere to be found on the newsletter. This is a dead giveaway that it is not a legitimate source, and you should block and delete the email promptly. In addition, these types of scam artists will not provide phone numbers or contact information, or if they do, the numbers or emails are fake. In some cases, the unsubscribe feature is actually a way for these criminals to verify your email is valid and thus harvest more emails for their spam list. They may then sell and or use your email again and again, or send a different looking newsletter each time in an attempt to fool you. WILL YOU EVER SELL OR LEASE MY NAME TO OTHER WEB SITES OR COMPANIES? No! Under no circumstances will we ever sell, lease or otherwise divulge your email or any other information we may garner as a result of you filing in any forms on the OTC Digest web site. If the newsletter were to ever be sold, all members would be notified well in advance and be allowed to opt-out prior to any sale. IS THE OTC DIGEST™ AFFILIATED WITH ANY OTHER NEWSLETTERS? No! Under normal conditions you should expect to receive the newsletter 1-3 times per week depending on the amount of new company profiles and the amount of news our featured companies disseminate. We do not necessarily re-print or update our members on each and every News Release our Profiled companies put out, but we do update you when we feel the news has market viability. We encourage our members to keep an eye out for news on their own portfolios on a daily basis. HOW CAN I SEE A RECORD OF THE COMPANIES THAT YOU HAVE FEATURED AND ANY COMPENSATION RECEIVED?
